From the first phone call to the final cleanup, everything was professional, fast, and honestly better than I expected. The crew showed up exactly on time (which is rare these days) and the foreman walked me through every step so I knew what was happening. They removed the old dying sod, hauled it away, prepped the base with fresh soil and compacted it perfectly, then installed a beautiful, lush new grass. The attention to detail was impressive.
